Pizza Plus used to be the greatest pizza place in Okehampton and so my family and I would order from pizza plus for our weekly takeaway. But last time we ordere... read more Pizza Plus used to be the greatest pizza place in Okehampton and so my family and I would order from pizza plus for our weekly takeaway. But last time we ordered they attempted to gaslight my dad and called him a w*nker over the phone. My dad had called to order the family takeaway and they told him they weren't delivering that day and he would need to pick it up. So he agreed. Later they called us asking for our address. My dad gave it to them and asked if that meant they can deliver now. They said they always could and my dad pointed out what he was told earlier. They then despite the fact that my dad and two other people in my family heard them say that they couldn't deliver they attempted to gaslight my dad by telling him they never said such a thing. My dad attempted to explain these things don't matter we just need a fresh pizza but pizza plus employees couldn't accept that and some were calling him names in the background and one called him a w*nker so my dad hung up. Besides the terrible customer service, the past year their food has been going downhill. They have very little sense of quality control. Often you will get a burnt pizza or a pizza with almost 0 cheese on it and sometimes even one's with so much oil dripping it looks horrific. The only nice thing about pizza plus is usually the delivery drivers are friendly. It's a shame because they were the best. And now they've lost what was a regular customer

Another place where prices going up but quality goes down.
