There were only two workers in a normal working hour and then another one while I was there. I felt for the lonely worker and he did the best he could, a good job. The pizza was a little better what we had. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
Last two times I was disappointed. No parking available. Long waiting time to order. Only 2-3 employees working on a weekend day during the rush hour. Employees fight together and ignore the customers. Last time I ordered pickup to think this would ease the waiting time, but still waited about 25 minutes after my pickup time. I'm not gonna go to the store for a while. View all feedback.
At 4:30, no pizzas ready, 4 people waiting. I ordered two pizzas and after waiting for 35 minutes, they told me they forgot to do one. I got a refund and went to Papa John's. The whole point of Little Caesars is that it should be fast. They had one who made pizza on a Friday night.
Whoever planned 3 people on a Sunday night was a monster. This was our first time we tried Little Caesars for my brother's birthday and we waited for 70 minutes to get our food even though we order online. Our pizza was sold to someone else and we also ordered a scratch pizza and we noticed it wasn't a stuff. We were hungry and didn't want to disturb the correction. I'm not mad at the workers because his much pressure, but I felt bad for the manager because his two other employees seem new or not interested.

This store is frequently staffed by only 1-2 employees on a Friday or Saturday night. One cannot operate a pizza shop with two employees on weekend. Lest you excuse them for labor shortages, after not receiving my order 1.25 hours past the quoted pickup time, and after being lied to by both employees for an hour while waiting in the lobby (they said Your order just went in the oven and it will be 11 minutes... but after 1.75 hours from the time I ordered, they were only able to produce 1 of the 4 items I ordered), I walked across the street to Dominoes, and was greeted by 7-9 hard working employees. I recognize that it is not the Little Caesars Employees ' fault that the owner only had two people working, but both had zero sense of urgency as they were working. Further, even if the employees could be excused for throwing up their hands and deciding not to do meaningful work under adverse conditions, it is inexcusable that both employees lied to every customer who came through the door, instead of telling them that their orders were never going to be fulfilled. At least with that knowledge, people could go elsewhere for food without wasting 1-2 hours of their weekend. I will say, when I am able to get a pizza from this location, the build quality is very good. So, if you physically walk into the store, and see a half dozen folks working, it MIGHT be worth the risk of placing an order at this location. As this location has been turning off their pizza portal so that online orders cannot be placed, I have been going to the Hamilton location at 1476 S Erie Blvd, and my order has never been late. Depending on your location, that might be a work-around for you. Thanks!
Whoever is managing the store these days during the lunch shift is an awesome worker. He makes a great pizza, is very professional and always friendly. He works hard, and I see that every time I pick up pizzas at lunchtime. He should be commended for being the best at what he does!
