What The Man doesn't like about Graeter's Ice Cream:
A line , one employee helping the customers and one cleaning the seating area that?s closed at 9.10pm , and the lovely manager eating chicken wings at the other register , I asked her to help the young lady helping us and there is 12 people in line she only looked up and ignored us , absolutely disgusting. Amazing ice cream! Their butterscotch topping is outstanding.
The employees at this location are always very friendly and helpful. Large selection of ice cream and baked goods at this location. The cheese crowns and donuts are amazing!
Unfortunately, one of their employees, Jenny, was extremely rude. She was probably having a bad day, but that doesn?t mean she has to be rude and disrespectful. Very disappointed, even the other employees seemed concerned.
A perfect treat to go with a sunny fall afternoon in the Queen City!
