Dunkin' - West Chester

I went to this Dunkin today (my first time) and had a fantastic experience. The girl in the window was SUPER knowledge about the milk free options. I'm breastfeeding my milk allergic baby and she probably has no idea what means to have someone who knew exactly what to be safe for my baby. I wish I got her name so I could show her. She worked at 12:15 on 5/15.

This place never has something lately. it is in order if they actually have the things they display on the menu. they never answered her phone when I called.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I made a mistake by ordering too many drinks through the app, but the General Manager was very kind and helped me choose the right food and drinks. They even reimbursed me for the extra drinks I didn't need. I was impressed that they recognized me and found it funny that I ordered so much. I truly appreciate their exceptional service. The drinks were also delicious!

I had a great experience at Dunkin Donuts, however, a man from Ohio with gray hair almost hit my car. What an idiot.

I had an amazing time at this restaurant. Sitting in the morning sunlight was so pleasant and brought back memories of days gone by. The experience of having coffee and beer with cream cheese for breakfast was simple but satisfying. It's even better when shared with someone who inspires and motivates you. The staff was busy but efficient, providing prompt service. They were proactive, friendly, and professional. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained.
