Came in with no one else in the building, and we were ignored for 20 minutes. Literally had people people look me in the eye and just walk away

Most of the time it’s a hit or miss but today was excellent, service was great at the drive thru as well.

Person at drive through did not know how to split payment. Fair…may not have had to do it before. Manager was not helpful. Had to ask for my 2-liter after he closed the window and wondered why I was sitting there. . Tried to look at everything before we left and had to confirm they combined garlic bread in one box. Got back to eat and they did not provide sour cream and extra pizza sauce that we paid for. Very poor customer service.

Between 15 minutes at the front counter without anyone walking up to ask if I was picking up to another 10 minutes at the drive through window before anyone coming to the window to pull the order, I finally received my half warm pizzas 35 minutes after their pickup time. Judging by the reactions of several other people doing pickups and getting a passive ok response when commenting about the neglected wait, this was either the c-squad or an I don 't care attitude. I regret leaving a tip when putting in the order, it was not deserved and I 'll have pause on including tips in the future.

Ordered two pizzas at 6:50.Was told 30 min delivery.An hour and a half later they arrived old and cold.Never again.
