One of my bowls wasn't even close to what I ordered. Wrong meat. Wrong veggies. Also ordered yum yum sauce with all three of my bowls and I got one. Won't be ordering again. View all feedback.
The service is always fast when I go here. portion size is great, I always have a little rest. highly recommended to try the tee. I ordered the new sweet spicy chicken chef cured bowl for $9 and loved it was a great price for including kimchi and ananas (which are normally every $1 extra)
Darcey was very rude from the beginning. he's rushed through the line. When I asked about something, he looked at me like I was crazy. filz very mistreated. when my friends asked for a smaller bowl, while he had a big bowl, he threw it on the floor and aggravated. after the fact that we got our confused food, he continued to scream one of his workers behind the counter. will not be back to this place because of his actions.
100% keliac friendly. we have eaten twice from bibibop in the last week. the first time we ordered the family 4 pack. it included two protein, two bases, up to 8 toppings and 2 sauces. it was a lot for four people. the image is 1/4 of the family 4 pack. the second time we ordered two steak bowls and a chicken bowl. each bowl was much bigger. they choose 1-2 bases, up to 10 toppings and 1-2 sauces. if they are an average eating. the orderings were ready to pick up in less than 30 minutes. this is an excellent choice for Asian foods.
Horrible service. First time here and last.Darcie was so rude as soon as we came in the door, no hi how are you. Can I help you. Slammed our food down since we couldn't answer fast enough. My son has a severe fruit allergy and wanted to make sure that we made the right decision. No eye contact. Completely rushed. As a business owner, I wouldn't like one of my customers to feel like a number. Even asked if they could slow down for a second and he literally huffed and puffed. Customer service is dead here.
Was great service and the food was fresh..the workers worked very hard in taking care of every customer..Will be back again..and the manager Darcy was very attentive to the team and the flow of the business..
