I went here with my wife on our very first date when we met. It holds a lot of memories. There's no place like it. The drinks are amazing the atmosphere is right out of the 1920s and the staff are all very friendly. I went here once when a guy was playing roots blues on a dobro guitar with a harmonica and it was incredible. I definitely recommend this place. My only complaint is that they got rid of the ribs. They were soo good. The truffle fries are good too. I took friends here and they've gotten mocktails too and they were great! My go to is the whiskey sour with Angel's Envy bourbon.

The staff have... read more Favorite spot in Nashua and most of NH. The warm light and decor is amazing, the food is always top notch and accommodating to gluten free diets. The staff have been wonderful at every visit. My girlfriend and I got to come here on a slow night and chatted with the manager, Mary Beth. She was very knowledgeable and offered wonderful advice on my own mixology hobby and even made a custom syrup and cocktail for me. Food: 5

Mary Beth (bartender) changed our lives. My friend and I learned how to taste whiskey properly. I’ve always suspected most people just faked it or pretended to taste or smell different “notes”. We learned that there is so much more to it and it’s relatively simple. Both my friend and I agree that anytime we have a drink in the future, we will think of Mary Beth at CODEX!! Food: 5
