What User doesn't like about Waffle Magic:
I ordered a waffle with nuts, strawberries, and bananas. The waffle seemed to have been fried before serving, but the batter was likely old. It had a taste of fried oil with a crunchy texture, and it was bitter and sour. The waffle was brittle and brown in color. Terrible customer service. When told the total, i handed the lady at the counter my card and she asked if I had cash. I didn't, then she proceeded to charge my card more than she first told me. Then she immediately left the counter without giving me spoons or a straw. After waiting a few minutes I just reached behind and took them myself. Won't go back there.
Terrible service hung up on me 6 times before I got there. Just wanted to know if they had a flavor and they hung up and left me on hold for too long! Got there and still didn’t answer any questions no thank you or hospitality! Toppings are stale too! Go anywhere else!
A little on the expensive side compared to other bobas but it’s tasty so that’s good my daughter loves coming here even thou it’s a little drive for us definitely recommend this place ! Only reason I’m giving it a 3 star is because they charge 8 -9$ just for a boba (yes ! One boba drink when most people usually charge around 5-6 and it’s just as good. We only get the waffle from there and that’s a lil over priced as well but it’s the only one that’s good compared to others near by in deer park Long Island ..but ye the waffles is good we tried other foods from there and it’s not the best we’ll not to our standards.
The first time with her frozen yogurt. does not even taste like frozen yogurt. never again
