My husband and I had been dying to try this place based on the reviews and were so disappointed. I had a brown sugar cinnamon iced coffee, and my husband had a brown sugar cinnamon iced latte. We were super disappointed, my coffee was bitter and just gross. His espresso was also bitter and not smooth at all. They just use regular torani syrup, there is nothing special about it.
