The owner was not wearing a mask, the person packaging food in the... read more I have been a fan of this restaurant for years, but today I walked in and was met with chaos. The owner was not wearing a mask, the person packaging food in the back was also unmasked, and two women in the front preparing and handling food had their masks slipped down below their noses. Only one employee was wearing a mask properly over her nose and mouth. Additionally, a customer entered without a mask. I’m not sure what’s going on here, but I won’t be returning.

I'l... read more I've always been a fan of their sandwiches. The last time I visited, I ordered a BLT with avocado, but it wasn't toasted as a panini. What a disappointment! I'll give them another chance, but consistency is really important. I also find their baked goods to look incredibly tempting, but no matter which one I try, they end up tasting a bit bland. Overall, I do enjoy this place; they just need to refine a few aspects.

The owner wasn't wearing a mask, and I noticed someone in the back packaging food was also unmasked. Additionally, two staff members handling food at the front had their masks slipping down beneath their noses. Only one employee was wearing a mask properly over their nose and mouth. To make matters worse, a customer walked in without a mask. I'm not sure what's happening here, but I won't be returning.

I'll give it another shot, but consistency is really important. The baked goods have always been delicious, but no matter what I try, they seem to lack flavor. Overall, I really love this place; they just need to iron out a few issues.
