The staff was very polite and courteous we got our food quickly and were on our way.
Food was okay. I wanted orange juice, but their machine was broken. Their prices have gone up. Over $7 for a sausage and egg sandwich. A buck or two more and we could have eaten at a regular breakfast restaurant.

This is supposed to be fast food. It’s shouldn’t take 10 20 minutes to make a drink. Not to mention, these employees are clearly not trained in customer service.
Well after messing up on my order again (as they have often in the past) I finally decided to call and let them know of their mistake. The staff was incredibly unresponsive. The manager half-heartedly assured me that I would be provided a replacement meal for their mishap. HOWEVER, they absolutely refused to send me an email as a confirmation that they would follow through on their guarantee, stating instead I would be added to their book of names in a book kept at the establishment that supposedly keeps track of what customer 's complained and asked for a refund. Upon showing up and asking for my replacement meal, the management reluctantly agreed but only allowed a replacement sandwich as opposed to the meal.in general. Upon voicing my discontent with the decision of the management, Susan , I was then verbally attacked by another customer stating I was simply a rich snob essentially and that I should not mind paying for another meal. I felt violated and attacked, and the manager Susan condoned this behavior. I have since called the McDonald 's corporation and placed a formal complaint. I would recommend avoiding this low-class establishment that condones a riot mentality and praises their customers for abusing others at said establishment.
It's McDonald's, but this one is always clean. And the people always seem happy and professional and look professional, it is nice to see.
