On Christmas Eve, my husband and I visited the restaurant, but our experience was marred by an unruly patron. This individual was loudly complaining about the broken tiles on the floor, making disturbing remarks about shooting guns, and demanding large tips from other customers. While he wasn't being physically violent, as someone with PTSD, his behavior was incredibly triggering for me. I struggled to focus and began to feel a panic attack coming on, but I managed to calm myself down. Then, to my shock, he grabbed my arm. Honestly, he's fortunate that nothing worse happened to him. I understand your employees were trying their best to manage the situation, but if this man is a regular, he shouldn't be allowed back in.
