I ordered a Buffalo sandwich and the Black Forest ham on bread, but both were burnt. The tuna was toasted, yet it was still ice-cold. The applesauce had something unpleasant mixed in it. The drinks, however, were the only decent part of the meal.
I ordered a messy sandwich, and it arrived in just a paper bag—no sandwich wrap, nothing at all. The sandwich was completely ruined. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here; it's not worth it.
I ordered a BLT but received a BMT for what I believe is the fourth time now. I understand that reading can be challenging, but this issue could easily be resolved with better training on order accuracy and an understanding of the importance of getting it right, especially when it’s for someone’s only dinner. Unfortunately, it seems this restaurant doesn’t prioritize that.
