The girls working for the last 2 days were very helpful and sweet!!! Going back tomorrow!!!
This is not my first bad experience but definitely the worst. I ordered a caramel macchiato and my drink was only steamed milk. I tried to call to let them know what happened but was hung up on. The utensil in my drink was used to stir my drink because I couldn’t believe it was only milk.
The worst customer service I have ever seen. I’m standing right there in front of them waiting for them to take my order and the two of them just keep on stocking!!! Incredible!!!
I can't believe they ran out of bagels on a Wednesday at 9 am! That just happened to me at the Dunkin' Donuts in Steubenville, and it's honestly ridiculous. It's hard to understand how they could let that happen. I've also had my order messed up multiple times—four times, to be exact—starting from when they first opened and again on two occasions afterwards. Considering how much money they must be making, you'd think they'd keep their stock well-supplied with donuts and bagels. It's truly unacceptable that they don't.
