After explaining the situation to an empl... read more Shockingly unfriendly staff. After placing a normal order at the terminal, my money was deducted, but my order failed. After explaining the situation to an employee and demonstrably showing her the debit, she sighed and treated me incredibly rudely. I was then allowed to state my order at the counter and received my food, but even then she accused me of lying and thought I was taking advantage of the situation. It went so far that she very snidely remarked that I would get everything I wanted and quickly went into the back room before finally giving me my food. I have no idea who ruined her day, but not having the necessary professionalism to avoid taking it out on the customer is simply unacceptable.
