Shockingly unfriendly staff. After placing a normal order at the terminal, my money was deducted, but my order failed. After explaining the situation to an employee and demonstrably showing her the debit, she sighed and treated me incredibly rudely. I was then allowed to state my order at the counter and received my food, but even then she accused me of lying and thought I was taking advantage of the situation. It went so far that she very snidely remarked that I would get everything I wanted and quickly went into the back room before finally giving me my food. I have no idea who ruined her day, but not having the necessary professionalism to avoid taking it out on the customer is simply unacceptable.

Technical error. When I tried to fix it, the cashier was very rude, which annoyed me. She fixed it, but then I didn't even get a receipt.

November 2, 2025 Update: Unfortunately, I can 't give negative stars for the service... The boss 's ignorance couldn 't be greater personally, it seems... . I wanted to order the sub of the day in Footlong, but ordering is only possible via this self-service kiosk. Unfortunately, the kiosk always gets stuck on the 15 cm sub even though I select the 30 cm sub. I spoke to the boss about it, and he didn 't even look at me. I will definitely never go back to this place! Unfortunately, most of the staff are completely overwhelmed, and their German isn 't always clear either... Showing is often faster than speaking... Today, instead of preparing the sub, they refilled the salad which was already there twice! and then helped a colleague with a cancellation. As a result, our sub was unfortunately, once again cold by the time we received it. We used to come here at least once a week, but for some time now, only sporadically, as the staff is sometimes incredibly slow and incompetent. We 're slowly losing hope for improvement. Issued because, regardless of whether it 's midday, afternoon, evening, weekday or weekend, incorrect bookings due to communication problems and cold subs have unfortunately become the rule for me :

Absolute incompetence. 3 orders, 6 subs, wrong 6 times. First of all the new order terminals are a disaster. Ingredients are preselected, some of which cannot be deselected. If you're not careful, you'll suddenly have guacamole on your sandwich
