Deduction in the B grade: This week 's vegan dish of the week: fish fingers with creamed spinach. Doesn 't sound entirely vegan... Otherwise, a nice café with a lovely terrace and a good breakfast... Answer to the question: OK, it 's a vegan alternative. I didn 't understand that when I read it and immediately assumed it was regular fish fingers and regular creamed spinach, even though it says vegan of the week above. I might just write Vegan fish fingers with vegan creamed spinach.

The outdoor area is quite cozy, but Cafe Museum is best used as a cafe. I was just as unconvinced by the food as I was by the menu. Why do they offer a salad plate with vegan falafel and hummus, but the salad is only vegetarian? Why are the fries vegetarian and not vegan? The waiter couldn 't answer that question either. On the front page, fish fingers are advertised as the vegan dish of the week. The vegan Thai curry is served with grilled king prawns or turkey strips. What 's that all about? The vegan burger I ate was not tasty at all. The inappropriate barbecue sauce is obviously meant to mask the old flavor of the edamame-avocado paddy. Conclusion for Cafe Museum: Drinking coffee, yes, eating, no. Unfortunately, I can 't respond to Andi Scheffler 's answer, so here 's my addendum. No, fries are not always vegan. In addition to the frying oil, the seasoning mix and what else is being fried in the fryer are important. If you offer vegan meat/fish alternatives, label them with the word vegan or write Vleisch/Visch, and then it 's clear. And since there are meat/fish alternatives, everyone should ask themselves why they prefer food that screamed in fear and pain during murder. Balsamic vinegar isn 't always vegan either; it depends on the production, and the salad is labeled vegetarian. Why should I allow someone to eat dead shrimp? Shrimp have their eyes cut out during breeding so they reproduce faster. The vegan burger is a matter of taste. But you can ask the guests; I 'd be surprised if you found a guest who ordered the burger a second time.

Visiting from Herrenberg today. We were at the fair with friends and went to this nice café. The food was great and the atmosphere was great. A young man served us (around 3:45 p.m. , who was really friendly and made sure everything was in order. As we sat down, he apologized that it might take a little longer. It must be said that it was really busy, and there were two young people and an older lady serving. The older lady with black hair was mostly behind the counter and was just ranting and raving. The way she treated her colleagues was unbearable. The younger colleagues were really jumping around and giving their BEST. The older lady was completely stressed, rude, and impossible towards the younger colleagues. I would have taken off my apron and left. Stress or not, that's not how you treat colleagues. A very poor image to the outside world. Respect to the young colleagues. We will come back next time because we really liked his service.

The Café Museum in Weingarten is a pleasant place for a relaxing break, breakfast, or a quick coffee. The ambiance is modern yet cozy, making you feel at home both inside and on the terrace. Food Drinks The menu offers a good selection of breakfast, snacks, and Swabian classics. The homemade cakes and tarts are particularly fresh and delicious. The coffee specialties are also well-prepared and go well with the sweet or savory dishes. The portions are fair and filling. Service Atmosphere The staff is friendly and attentive. Even though it can get a bit busy at peak times, the service remains attentive. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant—ideal for reading a book, working, or meeting with friends. Conclusion The Café Museum is a good choice if you're looking for a relaxed place in Weingarten for coffee, cake, or breakfast. It's good value for money, the menu is varied, and the café is clean and well-maintained. I'd be happy to come back.
