If... read more Ordered online at 9:09 PM on a public holiday, still nothing at 10:55 PM. Contacting them by phone wasn't possible as they closed at 9:30 PM (which is fine). If they can't deliver, a notification would be the bare minimum; that's not what customer service looks like. We ended up cooking ourselves. The next day, we received a call and an apology, and we got our PayPal payment back.
