If they can't deliver, a notification would be the bare minimum; that's not what customer service looks like. We ended up cooking ourselves. The next day, we received a call and an apology, and we got our PayPal payment back.

They didn't deliver it and when I tried to call no one answered the calls. They ended up giving me a 5 euro Gutschein as an apology but still, how do you forget to deliver someone's order and don't even take the calls? Terrible. Don't recommend it to anyone. Apart from that the pizza dough doesn't taste homemade, it seems like they bought it in the supermarket. Don't buy it, there are way better places in Weingarten. If I could I would give them 0 stars.
