While the menu lists several vegan choices, they currently only serve a tasty falafel gyro (along with fries) topped with sautéed vegetables, but no tzatziki. The owner is eager to expand the vegan offerings but hasn't seen enough demand. If you're interested in more vegan options, be sure to express that to him. As for parking, there are about three spots available on the grass near the food truck.

The set up is as good as any small kitchen in any brick mortar restaurant. The owner and operator clearly take great pride in the product. My wife and I live in the NE corner of the NNK. We have been looking for some legit Gyros but have not been able to find any in the NNK. Turns out Ritas makes an outstanding Lamb Gyro. I would suggest adding extra Taziki sauce and add raw onions for the authentic taste. We ordered double meat and it turned out to be enough for two meals. I would highly recommend Ritas for a fresh tasty take away if you are in the area. Looking forward to my next visit already.
