While the menu lists several vegan choices, they currently only serve a tasty falafel gyro (along with fries) topped with sautéed vegetables, but no tzatziki. The owner is eager to expand the vegan offerings but hasn't seen enough demand. If you're interested in more vegan options, be sure to express that to him. As for parking, there are about three spots available on the grass near the food truck.
