Thai Stellar offers rice plates, noodle plates, soups, salads and four different kinds of curry. They had the BEST eggrolls I've ever had. I'm not kidding! Most eggrolls are greasy, the filling falls out, the filling would be too salty and the crust would be very thin. Thai Stellar's eggrolls are nothing like that. They're the right portion size. The filling didn't fall apart and I don't know what they do for the outside, but the taste reminded of something like butter-egg wash- toasty flavor. Amazing! You can pick what spice level you want your curry to be. Thai Steller also offers non-spicy curry for people who can't handle the heat. I can't wait to come by here again to try more of their curry dishes.

From curry's to soups, salads, noodle dishes, sizzling dishes, etc. One thing I like about their dishes is, you can choose your level of heat one for mild all the way to level five for a lot of heat. I have had a few dishes from curry's to noodles. They all have good flavor. The only thing that I really didn't care for was all the vegetables they put in the green curry. They seem to use a lot of green vegetables which don't tend to pair well on my pallet for this type of curry. Although, the green curry sauce is very good. I would suggest ordering it without the asparagus. I didn't mind the broccoli but, the 2 flavors from the asparagus and curry did not work well together. I think their Drunken Noodles is my favorite, I get it with beef. You can choose your type of meat or seafood on a lot of their dishes. It's what makes it so different. I really enjoy eating here and the service is always great!
