Our waitress was very sweet, accommodating and definitely felt like it was the chef's issue for the bad food. Overall I'm giving this a very generous four out of five stars.

Management decided to have a team meeting in the middle of dinner service, so half our table got their drinks (and then were left waiting to order another after... read more Management decided to have a team meeting in the middle of dinner service, so half our table got their drinks (and then were left waiting to order another after they finished) while the other half didnt even get their drinks in the first place. Table got cluttered and staff didnt clear appetizer dishes or empty drinks till we left, so we were consolidating everything on the table. Small things like handing us a menu were completely ignored, as well as a lot of simple and expected practice by the waitstaff, and the restaurant was practically empty so I don't understand why this happened. Love hooters, been going to this franchise for years but every time we go its either a wrong order, or just overall poor service. What is supposed to be a chill night ordering food and drinks at one of my favorite places to eat ends up becoming a stressful experience. Sad to see this happening to a legendary franchise.

The waitresses s... read more I’ve loved their food for nearly 20 years, it’s the only thing keeping me coming back. The hostess sucks, if she’s even there when you show up. The waitresses suck, if you’re lucky enough to catch the attention of one that’ll take your table. None of them look happy or smile, 50/50 chance for a good attitude. The management sucks for not having enough people on the clock during busy hours expected high volume during local sporting events. The most awful experience tonight, bad enough to consider finding my “favorite wings” elsewhere. Very disappointing.

I was invitee to this Specific Hooters Location during its Grand Opening...Back then...The Hooters Waitresses were attentive, Polite and sat down and spoke with... read more I was invitee to this Specific Hooters Location during its Grand Opening...Back then...The Hooters Waitresses were attentive, Polite and sat down and spoke with the Customers. I went Back in Mid October of 22..Expecting the same service...Boy how thingshave changed..I went to the front Podium and waited 5 minutes with no one around...I finally walked up to the Bartender whoreplied I will be there in a minute ..Once I was seated in the area I preferred...Two Customers got up and walked out becausethey apparently were not waited on this was a period where it was not Busy)...I thought to myself...this is going to be a badexperience...To my surprise, The Waitress and her Trainee First Day)..took my order..The Food came out in a short amount oftime and was Delicious...I wanted to share my History with this Hooters store with the Waitress/Trainee but was informed thatthey could not sit down with the Customers....well for a minute...but they Chose to stand up...Listen about 20 seconds beforethe Waitress sent the Trainee to another table Again it wasn 't Busy)..I rushed through my History and ask for the Bill...I wasThinking to myself...This is not how I remember Hooters service In Summary, I was served in a expedited manner and wouldhave enjoyed a little conversation...I really don 't believe the 1 minute limitation to converse standing up B.S.. The newTrainee is worth mentioning, Devin...She thanked me for coming...Unfortunately she was not allowed to receive my tip for herexcellent service...I disagree with that. Hooters received 2 stars from me because I was expecting the service I received duringits Grand Opening...Devin is a Bright Star in my opinion.. Will I go back...maybe to get service from Devin ????
