The food and music were fantastic! Lazetta took wonderful care of us and even made my nephews' birthday extra special. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Hotter's girl! View all feedback.
What Corina Popovici doesn't like about Hooters:
The waitress was very pleasant, but we noticed some unusual and small charges on our bill. For example, we were charged for extra ranch that we didn’t request and for the wing sauce, which seems like it should have been included with the wings. View all feedback.

The experience was just okay. It took longer than expected for them to take my order, and I felt like they didn’t check on me often. However, the food arrived piping hot, and the service was friendly. Overall, it was a decent visit.
My brother and I experienced racial profiling at this restaurant. The manager, Amanda, was very rude. We will not be returning!
When we finally got our onion tower appetizer, it was soggy. My husband’s boneless wings were nearly cold, and his build-your-own burger (which isn't shown in the pictures) had burnt bacon and guacamole that definitely didn’t seem fresh. The fries that came with his burger, as well as mine, were not hot and crispy; they were barely warm. As for my chicken sandwich, which was supposed to include mushrooms, onions, peppers, and cheese, it arrived without any mushrooms and only had two large slices of bell pepper on it. At least it was hot, so that was one bright spot! My husband and I are generally fans of Hooters; we love their wings and enjoy watching games there, but unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location.
Once I was finally seated in my preferred area, I noticed two other customers leave because they weren't attended to, despite the fact that it was not a busy time. I thought to myself, "This is going to be a bad experience." To my surprise, the waitress, along with her trainee who was on her first day, took my order promptly. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. I wanted to share my experience with this Hooters location with the waitress and trainee, but I was told they couldn't sit down with customers—just for a minute, but they chose to stand instead. After about 20 seconds of conversation, the waitress sent the trainee to another table, even though there were hardly any customers. I hurriedly shared my history with Hooters and then asked for the bill, thinking this was not the level of service I remembered. In summary, while my food came out promptly, I would have appreciated a bit more conversation. I found the one-minute rule regarding standing conversations quite unhelpful. I want to highlight the trainee, Devin, who thanked me for coming. Unfortunately, she wasn’t allowed to accept my tip for her excellent service, which I strongly disagree with. I ended up giving Hooters a 2-star rating because I expected the same quality service I experienced during the grand opening. Devin was a bright spot in my visit, and while I might consider returning, it would primarily be to receive service from her.
