I was invitee to this Specific Hooters Location during its Grand Opening...Back then...The Hooters Waitresses were attentive, Polite and sat down and spoke with... read more I was invitee to this Specific Hooters Location during its Grand Opening...Back then...The Hooters Waitresses were attentive, Polite and sat down and spoke with the Customers. I went Back in Mid October of 22..Expecting the same service...Boy how thingshave changed..I went to the front Podium and waited 5 minutes with no one around...I finally walked up to the Bartender whoreplied I will be there in a minute ..Once I was seated in the area I preferred...Two Customers got up and walked out becausethey apparently were not waited on this was a period where it was not Busy)...I thought to myself...this is going to be a badexperience...To my surprise, The Waitress and her Trainee First Day)..took my order..The Food came out in a short amount oftime and was Delicious...I wanted to share my History with this Hooters store with the Waitress/Trainee but was informed thatthey could not sit down with the Customers....well for a minute...but they Chose to stand up...Listen about 20 seconds beforethe Waitress sent the Trainee to another table Again it wasn 't Busy)..I rushed through my History and ask for the Bill...I wasThinking to myself...This is not how I remember Hooters service In Summary, I was served in a expedited manner and wouldhave enjoyed a little conversation...I really don 't believe the 1 minute limitation to converse standing up B.S.. The newTrainee is worth mentioning, Devin...She thanked me for coming...Unfortunately she was not allowed to receive my tip for herexcellent service...I disagree with that. Hooters received 2 stars from me because I was expecting the service I received duringits Grand Opening...Devin is a Bright Star in my opinion.. Will I go back...maybe to get service from Devin ????

Out of our party of seven, three... read more We arrived later in the evening, and although the restaurant was less crowded, we still had to wait quite a while for our food. Out of our party of seven, three plates were served cold, which was quite frustrating. However, our waitress was incredibly sweet and accommodating, and it seemed like the issue with the food quality was on the chef’s side. Overall, I’m giving this a generous four out of five stars.

Half of our table received their drinks, but... read more Management chose to hold a team meeting during dinner service, which led to a frustrating experience for our group. Half of our table received their drinks, but then we were left waiting to order more after finishing. The other half didn't even get their drinks at all. The table became cluttered, as staff didn’t clear away appetizer dishes or empty cups until we left, forcing us to consolidate everything ourselves. Simple requests, like receiving a menu, went unnoticed, along with other basic expectations from the waitstaff. The restaurant was nearly empty, so I can’t understand why the service was so lacking. I’ve been a fan of Hooters for years and have visited this franchise many times, but each visit seems to come with either incorrect orders or poor service. What should be a relaxing night of enjoying food and drinks at one of my favorite spots often turns into a stressful situation. It’s disappointing to witness this decline in a once-great franchise.

It’s hooters… but I enjoyed my time with them, the food was good and the women was honestly friendly, now my water did come out with something in it but it wasn... read more It’s hooters… but I enjoyed my time with them, the food was good and the women was honestly friendly, now my water did come out with something in it but it wasn’t to big a deal, bathroom was slightly dirty but also it was the man’s room, other then that everything was good. I had mixed sliders and the burgers was good and the chicken sliders was really good. My server was great and she actually was the host but took over for my table because it was a family matter with the other server. My server was Anastasia.
