Kids... read more Recently ordered curbside from this location, and they missed the due time by 30+ minutes, with a sorry for the delay after automatically adding a 15% tip. Kids aged 1 and 3 in the car were not pleased.Best to avoid until better managed. Missing due time by more than 10 mins should be full comp.

When I was finally texted my table is rea... read more 11 Nov 2022 Okay I know it 's Veteran 's Day so I knew it would be busy, but seriously the wait was unbelievably long! When I was finally texted my table is ready as I was gathering up my stuff a young couple with a baby came in of course they know thehostess. Soooo, the hostess takes them right in to be seated! Really! So the hostess returns asking me what I needed. I told herthat I was texted that my table was ready. The hostess says well I guess I 'll have to seat you in the bar. Honestly that was abig mistake because they forgot about me there. #1. It took over 10 minutes for the server to ask me what I wanted to drink,then forgot to bring me my drink! Finally she brought my drink theft without asking me for my order #2. I told server I wasready to order but she took off without taking my order. That was not what I expected #3. So.. the server comes back 15minutes later to take my order, no salt on the fries but after waiting another 10 minutes I see this girl behind the bar andthe people beside me have received both their drinks and food while I 'm still waiting #4. The server comes back around so I askher where 's my burger? She says Oh, your burger then she goes behind the bar and starts tapping her computer screen. I 'mbeginning to think she needs to get retrained because it looks like she forgot to place my order with the grill in back. Iwent off to the bathroom asking the people at the next table to please let the server that I would be back. I come back to findmy burger still hadn 't come. #5. When I finally get my burger I asked the server if I could have condiments which took another10 minutes to come, by this time my burger is cold. OMG, Just great! #6. Now I ask the server if she could bring me more friesand a box that I wouldn 't bother her again, but seriously isn 't this her job? #7. Is it supposed to take almost TWO HOURS for ameal? The garlic fries are also a bit soggy. Overall, there are better local burger and fries with betteratmosphere.
