They hide the almond milk in webster and the place is not thecleanest. Staff is often complaining about their personal life and just not a great experience. The BBQ sandwich I had to stopordering because they don't like to put BBQ sauce on the few bits of chicken, it was my favorite and now its just sad. Theircoffee is blah but the decaf is actually good as I resorted to trying that. I am canceling my drink club because its not worthit unless you enjoy the same 4 choices.

French baguette were good. Tables were clean. The coffee was good as well. The crewbehind the counter was courteous and working efficiently.

It wasn't cut, and it arrived cold and stale. It felt like it may have been sitting around for a few days before being boxed up for me. Overall, it was terrible!

U... read more The food met our expectations, but the wait time was unacceptable. When we arrived, there was no line at the cash register, so we expected a quick experience. Unfortunately, the drive-thru line was lengthy, and there were numerous takeout orders ahead of us. The cashier didn’t inform us that we would be waiting over 25 minutes for soup and salad.
