Excellent management! I recently ordered the delivery that is being processed by DoorDash. I got a message that DoorDash had delivered my food, but unfortunately there was no food. I made Papa Ginos and the manager of my food new and delivered it to me personally and all with a smile. I was so grateful! My family and I were often at this point and had NIE bad experiences.
My online coupon code would not work and the woman above was courteous and helped to solve the problem quickly

Ordered from there this evening. Order was lost by DoorDash. The manager Marie apologized profusely and made a complete new order and sent one of her employees Dino to drop it off. The delivery driver reiterated how sorry he was that the third party company dropped the ball and refused a tip. I contacted the store and made sure my card was charged more to compensate that unbelievable act by the driver. Both of these people deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond for something that wasn 't even their fault. Truly an asset to their organization.
