However, the ot... read more I’ve had my order messed up four out of five times. During one of my first visits, I was surprised by the attitude of one of the young managers. However, the other staff members have generally been friendly and apologetic. That said, I still often receive the wrong or incomplete orders.

I interacted w... read more We shouldn't only highlight our negative experiences. My recent visit to this restaurant was actually very enjoyable, as I placed a mobile order. I interacted with the staff, and I must say they were extremely kind. The quality of the food was excellent—definitely a 10/10. The prices are a bit on the high side, but then again, it's Panera!
