This was my first time visiting this Panera Bread location, and although it was a mobile order, I did interact with the staff. Both their friendliness and the quality of the food were a solid 10/10. The prices are a bit high, but that’s typical for Panera!

I usually try a different Panera every week, but this location fell short. The salad was wilted, and the strawberries tasted off, almost fermented; the pineapple was also not fresh. The chicken soup was too salty and was missing both chicken and noodles. On top of that, the service was slow. I rarely give only two stars because I like to give places the benefit of the doubt, but I wouldn’t recommend dining at this Panera.

That said, I’m hesitant to return because it costs $11. I also ordered a muffin and a cookie. The server bagged the muffin and said the total was $6.40. When I looked in the bag, the cookie was missing, so I asked about it. The server responded, “I’ll get it for you.” Seriously?

When I received my order, the broccoli cheddar soup appeared dark... read more I visited the drive-thru and ordered the You Pick 2: broccoli cheddar soup and mac and cheese. When I received my order, the broccoli cheddar soup appeared darker than usual, so I returned to the drive-thru. Both times I went, I had the pleasure of interacting with Laurie, the manager, and she was absolutely delightful! She corrected my order immediately, apologized for the mix-up, and even added an amazing cookie to my meal. It's people like her who make me want to return. Thank you for being so kind and helpful!

Ad... read more I had a disappointing experience at this Panera Bread. I ordered the mac and cheese, but it was barely cooked and there was cheese powder sitting in the lid. Additionally, I ordered bread on a few occasions, but instead I received chips. Although the staff was friendly, the food at this location was quite subpar.
