Overall, it's a good restaurant. Occasionally, the service can be lacking, but during my last visit, it was exceptional.
Kayla was running the drive-through and had exceptionally wonderful attitude. She gave me my order promptly, and had such an upbeat attitude. She restored my faith in this McDonald’
I have to say, I've noticed a decline in service at McDonald's, and it seems like it's here to stay. With the new touchscreen kiosks, there's less need for staff, and as a result, they're not hiring as many employees. While you might get some freebies now, it's a way to distract you from the fact that they're laying off a lot of workers due to this technology. Plus, prices have gone up everywhere—it's honestly outrageous. Don’t be fooled by the gimmicks.
