The food is consistently delicious, but this is the second occasion where I arrived to collect my order at 5 PM, only to wait 15 minutes because it wasn’t ready.

The young man taking my order pointed to the sign,... read more I ordered a special promotion advertised at the counter: a free drink with a 12-piece dinner and three sides. The young man taking my order pointed to the sign, so I went ahead and paid. However, when my order arrived, the drink was missing. When I asked about it, a staff member said the promotion had ended. I mentioned that the sign was still up, but the staff insisted I should remove it and refused to offer any alternatives. Other customers nearby agreed the promotion should be honored since it was the restaurant’s mistake, but the staff remained firm. On top of that, the prices were higher than expected, and the three sides were only half full. I will not be returning to this KFC.
