The young man taking my order pointed to the sign, so I went ahead and paid. However, when my order arrived, the drink was missing. When I asked about it, a staff member said the promotion had ended. I mentioned that the sign was still up, but the staff insisted I should remove it and refused to offer any alternatives. Other customers nearby agreed the promotion should be honored since it was the restaurant’s mistake, but the staff remained firm. On top of that, the prices were higher than expected, and the three sides were only half full. I will not be returning to this KFC.
