Not something I... read more Ordered 2 bacon burgers, one came with bacon and one did not. When we asked them to fix it, they handed us a tinfoil packet w cold bacon inside. Not something I'd expect from a place whose decor revolves around how good their food is. Very mid for theprice point. Only plus is we did receive an assload of fries, but for $5.25 I'd've been disappointed if we hadn't. Find anotherburger place, cause this ain't it.

The gentleman who took our order was very thorough and got our numerous special requests just right. There was a gentleman who was cleaning and he madesure to not get in my partner?s way when he went to the counter to get our order. Really impressed with the staff and servicethis evening.

I went... read more Anyone who knows me knows how much I love Five Guys. I spend a lot of money here every week, so I’m really upset and disappointed by what happened today. I went out of my way to drive to the Five Guys on Bay Area, but after this experience, I WILL NEVER eat here again. The staff and manager treated me with disrespect just because I wanted to add an extra patty—completely uncalled for. They hung up on me and refused to serve me or give me a refund. I don’t understand what caused this, but the manager was extremely rude on the phone. When I called back, he hung up again. When I arrived, he told me to contact corporate for a refund and said he wouldn’t serve me. I insisted they either make my food or give me my money back, and then he started yelling and slamming things. In the end, I’m getting my food, but I’m heartbroken—I loved Five Guys, but now my feelings are really hurt.

The new restaurant across the street offers similar options for about a third less, so it’s no surprise that Five Guys is nearly empty.
