Stopped in for coffee. They were busy I'll give them that but I stood at the counter waiting to order for several minutes and not a word from any employee. One worker gave me the side eye several times but never acknowledged my presence. Left and won't be back.
The service was extremely slow, and they attempted to give me the wrong order twice.
My granddaughter usually enjoys Dunkin' Donuts, but tonight we decided to order hot chocolates as a special Christmas treat. Unfortunately, they were excessively hot, and her tongue got burned because she had to spit it out. Even four hours later, it still hurt. We ended up having to throw all the hot chocolate away. It was the worst hot chocolate I've ever had. The poor kid cried for half the night.

The food was only average for me, and my dish was frequently overcooked. I visit from time to time, hoping for some improvement, but perhaps I’m foolish to think it will actually get better. The service is so slow that I feel like I've aged a year while waiting.
