One worker gave me the side eye several times but never acknowledged my presence. Left and won't be back.

Unfortunately, they were excessivel... read more My granddaughter usually enjoys Dunkin' Donuts, but tonight we decided to order hot chocolates as a special Christmas treat. Unfortunately, they were excessively hot, and her tongue got burned because she had to spit it out. Even four hours later, it still hurt. We ended up having to throw all the hot chocolate away. It was the worst hot chocolate I've ever had. The poor kid cried for half the night.

Her tongue was burned after she had to spit it out, and even four hours later, it still hurt. We ended up throwing all of them away. This was the worst hot chocolate I’ve ever had, and it made my poor child cry for half the night.

I visit from time to time, hoping for some improvement, but perhaps I’m foolish to think it will actually get better. The service is so slow that I feel like I've aged a year while waiting.
