I stopped by for a coffee and noticed they were quite busy, which I can understand. However, I stood at the counter waiting to place my order for several minutes without any interaction from the staff. One employee glanced at me several times but never acknowledged that I was there. I ended up leaving and won’t be returning.

I love picking up my cold brew every day. The staff are really friendly.

The food was just mediocre for me, and my dish is often overcooked. I visit occasionally, hoping for an improvement, but maybe I’m foolish for believing it will change. The service is so slow that I feel like I’ve aged a year while waiting.

Granddaughter usually loves DD. However, tonight we ordered hot chocolates as special Christmas treat. They were SO overly hot, her tongue leg was burned due to having to spit it out. Four hours later, still burned. We had to throw all out. Worst hotchocolate I ever had. Poor kid crying half the night.

It has ordered a because and it took as usual, but once I checked my drink that felt a little light to house, it was just a little over the half full and does not taste the best.
