Our favorite Mexican restaurant! The food is consistently excellent and always served quickly, piping hot and fresh. The portions are quite generous as well. They truly have the best salsa in the world—I could eat it every day! The chips are thin, crispy, and served warm. The waitstaff is always friendly, which shows that Chuy's must be a great place to work. We enjoy many items on the menu, but my top picks are the soft shrimp tacos and the chicken tortilla soup. My husband especially loves the chicken enchiladas chimichangas. I wasn't joking when I said this is our favorite restaurant. The music can be a bit loud, but they are more than happy to turn it down if you ask. The decor is just so much fun! We absolutely love it there! Thank you, Chuy's!
The food lacks flavor. They should really consider bringing back the Elvis Fried Chicken dish. Nowadays, all we have are jalapeño ranch and queso.
My son and I went to lunch at Chuy 's this afternoon. Our waitress, Tori, was very friendly. My son had the Big as yo face chicken fajita burrito. He likes his burrito plain. Tori was very helpful and thorough making sure she got the order correct. I decided to get the Chicka-Chicka Boom-Boom enchiladas. It had been a while since I had them. We received our plates quickly in about 10 minutes and they were a nice temperature and so very delicious. We decided to splurge and get some tres leches for dessert and eat it in a civilized way... 5 minutes later it was gone. ?
