Don't know what else has changed beside the name, but based on reviews and word of mouth, the management has also changed. Not sure what the place was like before, but this new restaurant is pretty damn good. Restaurant is spacious, nice, and clean. Menu is absolutely HUGE and has a wide variety of Thai, Vietnamese, and even some Chinese.<br/ <br/ Appetizers here are pretty solid, as the fresh rolls, fried spring rolls, shrimp on sugar cane, and beef with french bread are excellent. The french bread with beef can be a meal on its own for only like $5. Crusty french baguette with a rich beef stew...drool...<br/ <br/ I get the pho here sometimes, and it's not as good as other places, but I LOVE the other items they have on the menu. The rice dishes are second to none as they give plenty of meat and a good portion of rice. I enjoy the variety they have here as you can get fried fish, fried chicken, grilled chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, and others. The vermicelli dishes are incredible too and they use the thin noodles, which is what I prefer and find more nostalgic (growing up Viet on my dad's side). <br/ <br/ The place can get pretty packed for lunch and for good reason. Service is quick and can be funny and nice one day and a little rude the next, but I don't mind at all. The food is good, comes out quick, and prices are good. Despite the many pho restaurants in the area, I will definitely make this a regular spot.

Can’t speak highly enough about how damn good the food here is…on top of that, very reasonably priced, clean facility/bathrooms, ample parking, and a convenient location. A+!
