The food is just average, but when compared to other places in Pearson, it's ranked number one. Everything is relative.
Considering it's airport food, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. However, I think it's important to choose wisely from the menu. The chicken sandwich and fries were tasty, but I can't speak to the dim sum.
We were seated quickly, and the service was excellent. However, I ordered my steak medium, but it came out well done. Unfortunately, the burger was also unseasoned. The staff was fantastic, but the food could have been much better.
I had never been to a Lee restaurant before, so I was unsure about trying the airport version. I was hoping for something a bit different. I ordered the fried beef wontons to go, and they were crispy and flavorful. The dipping sauce seemed to be plum-based, which complemented them nicely. While it wasn't something truly remarkable, I would definitely eat them again. I found the variety of dim sum and dumpling options on the menu intriguing, though I couldn't decide which one to choose. I might be inclined to make another visit if they update the menus for the summer or autumn seasons.
I had a disappointing experience with the signature menu at this restaurant. The udon with beef and vegetables tasted like instant noodles, lacking freshness and quality. The soup was oily and unappetizing, as shown in the photo I took. I won't be returning and can't recommend this place to anyone, especially given its location at a major airport gate.
