However, when I visited recently for the hot table, the staff didn't acknowledge the line of customers waiting, which included about eight others in front of me. The staff seemed disorganized—one lady was taking orders while also preparing food for dine-in customers. They might have been short-staffed. The food was just okay (I had the Palabok). I noticed someone from the kitchen pacing in the back and wandering in and out without offering any help to the lady at the front.

This is how she asked me: “What else?” And when she handed me my receipt, it was just a brusque, “Here!” Come on, be nice; we’re bringing you business! It really takes away from the experience of eating here! But I have to give a shout-out to the chef—everything was delicious!
