Really gone downhill food was supermarket quality. Really sad and used to be good what has happened. I would rather pay more for quality food than see the quality reduce due to cost of living. View all feedback.
The fresh food at this restaurant, especially the variety of fish dishes, was excellent. The meal was delicious and the service was very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
I visited this restaurant for the first time on Saturday and I will definitely be returning. We made a reservation for an early table at 6:00 PM and were informed that they would need the table back by 8:00 PM. Despite this, we never felt rushed at all and the food was excellent - the best Chinese food we have had in a long time. The service was also outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant.
We love the owner of our Chinese restaurant in Crowborough. He is friendly, funny, and always willing to help in any way possible.
Just celebrated my birthday here with my eldest son and his wife. Recommended this place by my hairdresser. Absolutely faultless service. Wonderful food. What a lovely experience. And to top it all desert was on the house and served with a candle and a rendition of happy birthday from Wendy. Thank you all at Jades Palace. My family have just had the most fantastic dinner at Jade’s Palace. We have never had a bad experience in over 17 years and have never been disappointed by the quality of the food and the outstanding hospitality and service. Highly recommended the best Chinese restaurant in the area.
