Lulu's Pizzeria - WAYZATA

I am very disappointed about my recent delivery,very bland tasteless dry. I had many deliveries of lulu in the past they were very brilliant, not knowing what happened, does not seem like the same pizza place I had ordered from the front

Pizza bottom is loaded with flour leaving the pizza extremely dry. Overlooking the flour on the bottom of the dough it was not fully cooked and doughy still. Pizza toppings had an excessive amount of grease.

Nice crew paired with superb customer service made for a pleasant first time experience. Pizza Ingredients and portions were great but we found the crust to be undesirable. Too much flour made our pizza dry and lacking flavour.

Some of the best pizza ive ever had, arrived 20 min earlier than expected per the online ordering. I hope they have a rewards system because I will absolutely be ordering from them again.

* updated to three stars, the general manager has reached out to make this right by offering a gift card for our poor experience. we will give Lulu’s another try in the future. *pizza arrived with all the toppings and cheese slid right off of the crust. the flavor was okay but presentation bad enough to never order again.
