I have had barbacoa tacos, corn, Brussel sprouts, tuna poke and all have been amazing. Tonight I had the chicken tinga burrito bowl and the poke. They were both awesome. The specialty drinks are fine. I had the Jefe Margarita andit tasted like a margarita. Next time would probably save my money and get a basic margarita for $6 less. Prices are a bit onthe higher side but it is in Wayzata, so thats expected (was $85 for 2 drinks, 1 app, 1 burrito and 1 burrito bowl.

Also loved the scallops I had last time and looking forward to tryingthe halibut next time. Do yourself a favor and try out Baja Haus for a great time.

I asked for salsa on the side, and while they did provide it, they charged $2 without mentioning the fee beforehand. That felt a bit unfair, and it led me to lower my rating by a star. Additionally, the to-go boxes were quite small, and our server didn’t offer to pack our leftovers for us. On top of that, they don’t have bottled water available. Despite these shortcomings, I still recommend stopping by if you're in the mood for Mexican cuisine. It's definitely worth it, but just be ready for some possible service issues. We really enjoy this area, and the weather was beautiful that day! Enjoy your visit and take care!

Josh and his team provide an exceptional customer experience. I’ve never had a bad experience—everyone on the staff is incredibly skilled and consistently delivers high-quality service. The food is fantastic; my top picks are the homemade guacamole and chips, spicy Brussels sprouts, street corn, and grilled fish tacos. Everything I’ve tried has been excellent, and their margaritas are incredibly delicious.

I ordered the poke appetizer, scallops, and flan for dessert, while my partner opted for the chimichanga. He found the chimichanga to be rather average and dry. Unfortunately, the flan also disappointed, as it was dry and lacking in flavor. On a positive note, the scallops were quite tasty and featured unique flavors, but I was disheartened to receive only two scallops for the price. The most shocking moment, however, came when I bit into a large metal staple that had found its way into my dish. It scraped my teeth, and I was horrified to pull a sizable staple from my mouth! After that, my partner and I completely lost our appetite. The manager came over and explained that it likely fell onto the expo line during preparation, and she offered to comp my meal. However, they didn’t even offer to replace my entrée! Given the circumstances, I expected more than just the meal to be comped, but the overall lack of customer service was evident throughout the evening. We left feeling disappointed, as we had hoped to enjoy our experience at this restaurant.
