It’s ashame there wasn’t one... read more All the food was ice cold after waiting 45 minutes even the basket of bread… the chicken was raw and boiling hot and freezing cold. It’s ashame there wasn’t one person who knew how to cook I could’ve gone in the kitchen and done it myself. The French fries were heated and re heated they were stuck in a ball.

First, we felt rushed, even though the res... read more This was the second disappointing experience with this restaurant, which, in the past has been a high-quality staple. First, we felt rushed, even though the restaurant really wasn’t that full. Second, the food was only warm when it should’ve been hot. Although the food is tasty, there really isn’t a good reason for multiple dishes not to be sufficiently warm. To be honest, not sure when we’ll go back to this particular location of the White Dog Café. It does not seem to be at the same level as the one downtown in Philadelphia.

That said, once seated,... read more Dropped a star on the overall score because we had to wait nearly 30 minutes after our reservation time for a table (Sunday lunchtime). That said, once seated, we had an excellent overall experience. White Dog also gave us an I 'm sorry appetizer and the manager came by later in our meal to apologize for the wait. Otherwise, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We were seated in a brightly lit and comfortable room. Food was outstanding and service was exemplary.
