The catering department the best in the area... made from scratch food and always delicious. Professional drivers set up the buffets for success, with all of the necessary utensils, paper products, etc. Crocodile can handle last minute requests with ease and smoothness. If there are dietary restrictions in the group, Croc can handle them to ensure everyone in the group is taken care of. If you're looking for something that doesn't appear on their menu, just ask for Kurt. He loves a good challenge and can create the exact menu that you're looking for. Aside from catering, Croc also has a cafe... it's the perfect little lunch spot, with a daily special, homemade soups, and salads sandwiches. 5/5 from me!
