On a Monday morning, I stopped by this place while waiting for the shops to open at 11 o'clock. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I had no issues with my coffee and pastry. Thank you! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
bad service needs trained participants who really do all dirty very precarious work the Spanish participants are rude and time to change because they are not attentive, as the brand says, the manager is bad the franchise needs training very dirty, the place they do not wash the mischer running this place must have a lot of bacteria View all feedback.
Are you kidding me? I ordered a latte with regular milk and I guess they forgot to put coffee in it. I went back and told the cashier girl then i proceed to throw the cup in the garbage. If you are going to put ppl to serve as barista, make sure they know what a coffee bean looks like first. I've read how horrible this shop at Willowbrook mall is, i guess this confirms that.
Absolutely the worst experience. There was a 30 minutes wait and had a full staff of employees. They decided to bring Josh out and take names and orders but still people waited and were all upset. Btw all I ordered was a Java frappe! Too many young employees!
The drink was good, but that was a little too long. for an expensive soak and smiling cake. food: 3/5

They work at gunpoint in this starbucks I guess they all take orders by force
