Eventually, a girl named Melanie attended to us, but she was quite rude. After we placed our order and went to the pick-up area, she placed my coffee on the counter and looked at us while holding a straw, then smiled. I'm not sure what was going on, but we definitely won’t be returning.

I was the only one waiting, so I’m not sure if they were just understaffed or what, but it was frustrating to have to wait so long to get assistance.
