Eventually, a girl named Melanie attended to us, but she was quite rude. After we placed our order and went to the pick-up area, she placed my coffee on the counter and looked at us while holding a straw, then smiled. I'm not sure what was going on, but we definitely won’t be returning.

I've stopped ordering in-person be... read more I've consistently faced issues at this restaurant, and I genuinely feel sorry for the manager who has to deal with the staff. I've stopped ordering in-person because the employees often ignore customers at the counter, either by being on their phones or listening to music with earbuds. I usually place my orders ahead of time while I'm on my way to work, yet I still find myself running late because my drinks or food aren't ready. Just the other day, I ordered 10-15 minutes in advance and ended up late because the person making my drink was on his phone while my order sat untouched. They have a habit of ignoring the labels on the orders. I've requested cold foam multiple times, only to be given the wrong item or no bacon on my toast. Once, a staff member insisted I hadn't ordered a pumpkin donut, even though I had my receipt to prove it. I have a few favorite drinks I order regularly, but each time, they taste different from the last. I also consistently order toast with bacon, but I often receive it without bacon, the bread isn't toasted, and the avocado spread is a mess. This location has got to be one of the worst I've encountered. Whether you order through the mobile app or in-store, be prepared for long waits and frequent mistakes with your order.
