Me and my boyfriend got to Ruby Tuesdays between 7-8 and was seated and then the waitress asked what we wanted to drink and we got that and then just said we wa... read more Me and my boyfriend got to Ruby Tuesdays between 7-8 and was seated and then the waitress asked what we wanted to drink and we got that and then just said we wanted the salad bar, we go to get the salad bar and it hardly had anything on it, people were standing around waiting for plates to be put out, there was no cheese, no ham, a lot of the veggies were missing too, we sat at our table after eating two really small salads of what we could get from the bar.. we sat there and waited a while for it to be restocked and no one really seemed in a hurry to restock it.. we were not the only ones waiting for it to be restocked.. we decided to just get the check and leave.. we were kind and left the waitress a tip because we didn’t feel it was her fault but pretty sickening we had to pay $33 for two small plates of barely nothing and some water..

We usually... read more Hello, I'm sorry to say I'm posting a negative review. Over the past two years, my husband and I have gone out of our way to support Ruby Tuesday's. We usually dine in for dinner and have been satisfied with the service. However, our recent takeout experience was disappointing. My husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger and even paid extra for the bacon, but there was no bacon on his burger. I chose the shrimp scampi, which I was told was a new item. Unfortunately, the shrimp still had their tails on, and the dish was overly dry with just a bit of oil and hardly any flavor. Overall, this was the worst order we've ever received, and to top it off, the total was $34 without any sides. We genuinely hope the quality improves because we do enjoy the salad bar, but I’m not sure when we’ll be back.

The service was poor, the floors of the restaurant were not clean and there was still food laying on counters from where it had not been cleaned yet. When we received our food, which we ordered a burger, it was bland and all you could taste was the meat. The BBQ sauce that was supposed to be on the burger already had to be brought out by our server. We were disappointed with what is supposed to be a great place to eat.
