Terrible experience! They ran out of tomatoes at 7 PM and the bread was incredibly stale—like eating a cracker! There was no music playing and they didn’t even offer bags for takeout. The staff had a really poor attitude. I had a feeling I shouldn’t have gone in there... What’s happened to Subway? They seem to hire just anyone without screening them. They should hire people who make you feel good about your food. It should be about providing a quality service, not charity work.
I had a fantastic experience at The Crew on 2/28/2024. They provided excellent service and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I'm very grateful for their attentiveness and the fresh vegetables they served. I'm definitely looking forward to returning for their rotisserie chicken. Thank you so much!
I didn't get the chance to get our servers name but at 11:50 and I got the sweet teriyaki onion and my friend had the tuna melt and our server was super sweet and kind to us! Our food was also delicious thank you!!! ?
If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff really need to pay attention to orders with special instructions and improve their customer service.
This is the worst subway I have ever eaten at they didn't let the sub toast but 30 seconds and the chicken was cold and under cooked the bacon was raw and they acted like it was killing them to fix our food don't waste your blinker fuild going to subway in Waycross GA their ?I would give them a mines on
