It operates seasonally, so if you're visiting the OBX in the fall, winter, or early spring, you won't find it open. This is really disappointing, especially considering the limited availability of healthy food options in the OBX area.

Finding good vegan food in this area can be quite a challenge, so this spot felt like a true vegan haven. It's fantastic that they offer healthy vegan options, but what makes it even better is how delicious everything is. I visited every morning of my trip and indulged in an acai bowl and/or a smoothie. Just a heads up: their premade granola contains honey, so if you order an acai bowl, be sure to request it without granola. Both bowls I tried were incredible, and I loved the option to top them with natural or regular peanut butter and vegan chocolate chips. They even sell eco-friendly coconut bowls and reusable straws! This is a seasonal place, so if you travel in the OBX in autumn/winter/early spring, this is not an open place. What is a real bummer, given the lack of clean food generally on OBX.
