The dining experience was mediocre as the hot wings and tacos were cold. The waitress was not very attentive and the service was lacking. Many other patrons had to send their food back due to it being cold and the waitress took a long time to take orders and bring them out.
I have been coming to this restaurant for years. The food is delicious and the prices are affordable. It's hard not to love it here. You can find the best burgers at a great price.
I visit Trackside 1-2 times a week for their decent bar food at reasonable prices and portion sizes. I particularly enjoy their loaded nachos and daily specials. However, during my last two visits, I was disturbed by the loud conversations between the waitress and the bartender/kitchen staff, which included a lot of swear words. It was not only disruptive but also unprofessional. While the occasional swear word is understandable, the extent of it was off-putting. As a result, I may need to find a new place to eat when I am in town.
The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor. The woman behind the counter is dishonest and rude. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether.
The food at this restaurant was average and I probably won't be returning. However, during my visit, there was a woman in the lounge who was using very explicit language, which was quite loud and inappropriate. It seemed like she was a regular customer, and the staff should have probably asked her to tone it down. I believe in respecting the environment in public places. Overall, the service was mediocre. I had a dine-in dinner, and the average price per person was between $20 and $30.
