I'm going to have to give my last visit a 2 star. The guy who made my sandwich squashed the bread completely flat while trying to cut it in half. He then burnt the top of it while toasting it. Wasnt the best experience I've had there.

I ordered online today from the Subway app. Ordered a footlong Italian herb and cheese sandwich. Left special instructions for a cherry coke and baked bbq lays since the app doesn’t put them as an option. My chips weren’t switched, so I asked if it was ok if I swapped them out. The sandwich artist RUDELY replied, “It’s what was on your ticket, but sure. I don’t care.” After I grab my order, I only feel half a sandwich. I did not unwrap it while in Subway (this is important for later). Wait in line to let them know I was missing half my sandwich so they could make my other half. After I’ve now used 75% of my lunch time, when I get back to my place of work, I get to the first “half” of my sandwich to find out they made it as a spinach wrap. I have no idea how you can confuse these things. Then when I tried to do the online survey, find out I was never offered my receipt with the important information I need to be able to do the online survey for my “experience”. I hope Subway management sees this and can get these issues figured out. Now I have no proof to get my money back, and I spent about $15. It’s appalling.

My husband and I tried to visit subway tonight around 8:14pm tonight. On the door at the business and online it says open until 9. The lobby was completely shut down and locked. There was at least 2 employees still there though that we could see. Display didn't say drive thru was open, but my husband and I tried anyways. No answer. Drove to the window, was ignore by inside employees. Very upset and disappointed. Was the store closed? Or were the employees just that lazy? If the store was closed, I'd recommend updating the times then. Our business went to Runza instead tonight.

The ice cream was very old and tasted freezer burnt. I ordered a hot fudge malt and received a chocolate shake. Order was wrong and tasted gross the ice cream was very old.
