The lobby was completely shut... read more My husband and I tried to visit subway tonight around 8:14pm tonight. On the door at the business and online it says open until 9. The lobby was completely shut down and locked. There was at least 2 employees still there though that we could see. Display didn't say drive thru was open, but my husband and I tried anyways. No answer. Drove to the window, was ignore by inside employees. Very upset and disappointed. Was the store closed? Or were the employees just that lazy? If the store was closed, I'd recommend updating the times then. Our business went to Runza instead tonight.

Get home to find that my sandwich was a turkey sandwich. None of the sauces I ordered were on my sandwich. I shouldn't have to physically stand in front of the people making my meal to ensure it's made correctly. Toppings wouldn't have been a huge issue, but when its a completely different protein? ????????‍

Get home and the sandwich is not toasted. They tell me they don't have light mayo anymore. WTH! They also got rid of thier Subway Club. This place is turning into a joke!!
