I just want to give a big thanks to the staff that works there. They were very helpful today. I had a rewards for my birthday but the online app crashed. However they took my word and honored the discount. Technology is great when it works right but good natured people that understand and know how to fix minor problems are even better… thanks! Clean place, nice staff, but the famous sandwich is just ok. It's worth trying once, but I won't be back.

The dining area is spacious, but it took a long time for our order to be completed.

I really enjoy Runza, but I've experienced numerous issues at this location, and today was the final straw. I discovered a fly baked into the side of my Runza. Absolutely disgusting. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
